- Owned end-to-end design and mini-PM responsibilities across the AI suite for Piktochart, a 34M+ user AI content platform: major tools (AI Design Review, AI Copy Rewriter, AI Prompt Enhancer, AI Templatizer, AI Video Editor, AI Logo Generator) and Pikto AI's text-to-design formats (Email Signature, Checklist, Ticket, Menu).
- Led the design integration between Piktochart and ThriveCart following the acquisition, including Piktochart's design tool and image-cropping capabilities.

- Executed 0 to 1 on a neo-banking MVP for student financial literacy: onboarding, pockets, expense management, lending (vehicle, education, personal), insurance (health, term, travel), and a pay-later feature.
- Hired and led a team of UX researchers and design interns.
- Owned the design function end-to-end as sole design lead: visual identity, design systems, and brand.
- Partnered directly with founders in fundraising meetings, shaping product scope and building the pitch deck, prototypes, and customer journey maps used to close funding and ship the MVP.
- Built the design foundation from scratch (components, tokens, spacing system) that engineering built directly from.

- Redesigned the core dashboard: 2.5x weekly visits, 82% feature adoption in month one, churn down 15% over two quarters.
- Owned the recurring payments feature end-to-end, from stakeholder alignment through dev implementation, driving retention.
- Redesigned the admin dashboard through multiple iterations with founders and customers, cutting approval time from 4:00 to 2:42 by introducing approval tracks and tiered levels.
- Laid the design foundation for Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Kodo's next major product direction.
